There are also four wineries and two cheese factories in the area and an extensive gallery trail.

Your hosts, Joy Barron and Brian Baxter are both keen snow skiers and travellers. Joy is interested in crafts and Brian is a food and wine buff. They are ably assisted by Lily (Chief of Security) and Harry (Games Director). Brian has trained with the Cordon Bleu School in Sydney and will be delighted to provide dinner for you on weekends.
